Confectionery founded by
Johann Wewalka in Sollenau

 

1990

Takeover by Anton Gsellmann
and still a family business

 

1994

Commencement of production of fresh doughs.
1st fresh puff pastry is sold on domestic market
following intensive development work

 
 
 
 

1998

Very first exports to Germany

 

2001

Internationalization by means of exports to
additional countries is strongly promoted

 

2004

Expansion of area of parent company in Sollenau.
