Especially with the background of an established production company in the region, we are obliged to sticking to specific core values.
The company is sure to build on a strong basis from the past, at the same time working hard on it's future development. That is important to ensure lasting growth and thus a reliable employer.

Our core values
Our code of conduct at Wewalka is influenced by our core values. They are the basis of our interactions and if in balance, help us have a good gut-feeling.
Wewalka as an employer, emphasizes the importance of keeping to theses values and invites all employees to embrace these in the basics.
In a respect to this understanding everyone working at Wewalka is requested to get involved and work on a daily improvment. A group of employees spent time together to define how the basic understanding at Wewalka can be defined, what is important, what unites us and how we want to deal with each other.

Be true to our past. We have a strong emphasis on quality. To know about the past and to be proud of the development of the company is important. However that doesn´t mean to get stuck in this past. Building on our history we can break new ground.
No success without effort. Being result- and outcome-oriented is key to our succes. A good market position is the evidence of this constant commitment. With praise and recognition of achievements, we define clear targets.
Quality and functionality go together. Being a production company Wewalka is outlined by clear processes. However we stay flexible in thinking nevertheless. Areas are left clear in structures to ensure our teams perform best.
With consequence we can be successful. Team spirit unites, especially in hard times. We demonstrate power of endurance. We know about the sense of our work - without being arrogant. Flexibility is important but not at all costs.

We live quality. Our employees, masterminded by the quality management team, demonstrate every day that we are able to reach and maintain highest quality standards on international level. That is the basis to provide fresh-doughs in perfect quality for our customers.

Quality Management
A holistic quality management system ensures, that Wewalka maintains highest quality levels throughout the whole production process. Raw materials, semi-finished goods and final products are undergoing strict inernal quality controlls. Our strict measures in the incoming-goods-system allows us to produce our fresh doughs only with the best raw materials.
As a compentent consultant in all quality and food safety topics, the quality management team guarantees saftety of Wewalka's products.
Engineering and maintenance
Our own in-house engineering and maintenance team is responsible for our machines to be up-to-the standards. Our employees in this department ensure technical maintenance at all hours for our production. That is the basis of our ability and reliability in delivery to our costumers.
A team of engineers is working on tailor-made technical solutions for our fresh-doughs. With this we set standards in product quality, food safety, work safety and process security.
Production
The swift, reliable and punctual delivery to our costumers with our fresh-dough products has the highest priority for us.
Our employees on our two production sites are ambitious to fulfill these targets. With our efforts we combine artisanry with modern production processes on a standardized, high level.
